The Tompkins Elementary School staff is committed to working with the parents and community toward the common goal of providing a high quality balanced educational program that enables students to develop intellectually, physically, and morally so that they will function effectively and make a positive contribution to our society; further, we believe a balanced educational environment provides a nurturing experience so that each student will successfully reach his/her highest potential while recognizing and providing for individual differences. We believe that this school district must provide and support an environment that fosters high self-esteem, communication, trust, respect, and encourages professional growth.
